Refund policy
Vehicle-history reports are digital products generated for a specific VIN. This policy explains when we can review a refund request.
Before purchase
Confirm the 17-character VIN before checkout and review the sample report and coverage limitations. Data availability varies by vehicle and an empty category does not by itself make a delivered report defective.
Eligible requests
Contact us promptly if you were charged more than once for the same order, the report was not delivered, the report cannot be opened after reasonable troubleshooting, or the delivered VIN differs from the confirmed checkout VIN because of our error.
Generated reports
Once a custom report has been generated and made accessible, purchases are generally final except where required by law or where an eligible delivery or billing issue applies.
How to request review
Use the contact page with the checkout email, order ID, VIN ending in the last six characters and a description of the issue. Never email full payment-card details.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Financial institutions control final posting times. This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
