Translate the advertised offer into a total
Before entering payment, write down the amount due today, how many VINs it covers, any recurring charge and the cancellation method. EpicVIN’s published terms include subscription arrangements; that does not mean every offer has identical terms. Read the particular checkout you intend to accept.
Read sale events in context
A listing price is an asking price unless the record establishes a completed sale. A mileage figure copied from a listing is evidence of what was advertised at that time, not an independent mechanical measurement. Retain the source and event date when comparing either provider with the seller’s account.
Decide whether the report resolves the risk
For example, if two listings show a lower mileage in the later year, seek the original documents and an explanation. Paying for a different provider may uncover another timestamp, but a second green summary does not resolve the discrepancy. Stop the transaction until the underlying conflict makes sense.
