The report arrives in three places from one order: the order page you land on after payment, a private report page, and an email carrying links to both.

There is no attachment to wait for. After payment you land on a private order page that updates itself through four steps — payment confirmation, collecting records, preparing report, report ready — and then shows View report and Download PDF. The same document also has its own secure report page, and an email with those same two links is sent when delivery completes. A verified account — signed in with the email used at checkout — finds every purchase in My Reports.

The order page is the first place the report appears
The payment provider returns you to a private order page carrying your order reference. It checks your order repeatedly and moves through four labelled steps, with your vehicle, masked VIN, masked delivery email, payment total and short order reference listed underneath.
When the report is ready, every step on the progress list is ticked and three actions appear beneath it: View report, Download PDF and My Reports. None of them needs the email to have arrived.

The report page and the email
View report opens a private report page. It confirms your access before showing anything, then renders the original ClearVIN PDF in the browser with a Download PDF link beside it; on a small screen it offers to open the full document in your browser’s PDF viewer, or to download it instead. The page labels the document as the original, unmodified provider report.
When delivery completes, an email is sent to the checkout address with a View report button and a Download PDF link, plus a route for opening it on another device: sign in with the same verified email used at checkout. It carries links rather than a file, because the report stays behind the same access check as the page.
Packs and accounts
The three-report pack at $29.99 and the five-report pack at $44.99 deliver credits rather than a finished report: the order page says the credits are ready and asks for the first VIN, and nothing is generated until a credit is assigned to a vehicle. Each credit then follows exactly the same delivery path as a single report bought at $14.99.

Does the PDF arrive as an email attachment?
No. The report-ready email contains a View report button and a Download PDF link. The document itself stays behind the same access check as the report page, so the email is a route back to the report rather than a copy of it.
Can I open the report on my phone after paying on my laptop?
Yes. The email says to sign in with the same verified email address used at checkout, and the purchase then appears in My Reports. The original checkout browser can also open the report directly while its temporary private access is still active.
Is the document edited in any way?
No. The report page labels it the original, unmodified ClearVIN report and states that its findings are delivered unchanged, alongside the provider terms and the NMVTIS consumer disclaimer.
