No. A credit can be spent only from the order that bought it — by the signed-in account whose verified email matches the checkout email, or from the browser that completed checkout. There is no transfer feature, and the provider terms licence each report to you: access is non-transferable and limited to your own internal vehicle research or business decision.

How ownership is enforced
Linking a purchase to an account requires the verified account email to equal the checkout email; a different verified account gets a refusal and is told to use the same email as secure checkout. Once an order belongs to an account, the guest checkout link no longer opens it for anyone else.
The credit-spending step then re-checks the exact authority under a database lock, so an ownership change cannot race a credit being spent. There is no endpoint that moves a credit, a report or an order to another person.
What the licence actually permits
The terms state reports are provided for internal use only: a purchased report is licensed solely for your own internal use in evaluating the identified vehicle, including personal vehicle research or an internal business decision. You may keep a copy for that purpose, but you may not resell, publish, redistribute, scrape or systematically extract it.
The incorporated provider terms use the same word for access itself — limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable. Nothing in either document describes a way to pass a credit or a report to a third party.
What to do instead
If you are helping someone shop, run the VIN yourself: that is personal vehicle research under the licence, and a pack exists precisely so one buyer can investigate several cars. Three credits cost $29.99 ($10.00 each) and five cost $44.99 ($9.00 each).
If the other person needs the report in their own name, they can buy a single report for $14.99. If you used the wrong email at checkout, contact support with the order details rather than sharing your sign-in.
