My Reports is the private page behind sign-in where your purchases live. It opens with three counters — ready reports, report credits and purchases — then lists one card per order with its date, amount, order reference and status. A single-report order links straight to the original PDF; a pack order shows the report wallet where you assign credits to VINs. The page is account-only and is not indexed by search engines.

What is on the page
The header calls it your vehicle library, and the layout follows that idea: purchases organised around vehicles rather than receipts. The counters summarise the account — how many original PDFs are ready, how many unused report credits remain across your paid orders, and how many one-time purchases you have made. Under them, the Vehicle files section lists each order, newest first, with the purchase date, the amount charged, the first eight characters of the order reference and a status chip.
What sits inside a card depends on the order. A single report that is ready shows “Your original PDF is ready” with View report and Download PDF buttons. One still processing says so and adds that the page will keep updating without charging you twice. An order paused for a manual check, or affected by a payment dispute, says so and offers a support link rather than a broken download; a refunded order states plainly that report access was removed when the payment was refunded. A pack shows the report wallet with its remaining credits.
Who can open it
Signed-out visitors are redirected to the sign-in page and returned here afterwards. If the account exists but the email has not been verified, the page shows a verification card instead of the library and explains that reports stay locked until the email is confirmed. Orders attach to the account by the verified checkout email, so a purchase made as a guest appears once you sign in with that same address. The footer states the rule plainly: reports are available only to the verified account or the secure purchase browser entitled to them.

What this does not cover
- Only orders linked to your account appear. A guest purchase made under a different email address will not show up here.
- If the library cannot load, the page says “Your library could not refresh” and asks you to reload — it never shows a partial or invented list.
- The credits counter only counts credits on a paid order with an active entitlement; an order under payment review shows zero available credits until it is resolved.

Frequently asked questions
Does the dashboard cost anything?
No. There is no subscription and no account fee. Reports are one-time purchases — $14.99 for a single report, $29.99 for three and $44.99 for five — and the library that holds them is simply part of the product.
Can anyone find my dashboard through Google?
No. The page is marked no-index and no-archive for search engines, and it is served only to a signed-in, verified account.
Why does my email look like it has dots in the middle?
The dashboard displays a partly hidden version of your address on purpose, so a shoulder-glance at a shared screen does not reveal it. The full address is still yours; only the display is masked.
