Why does it say 'This order is not visible from here'?

It means this browser cannot see your order. If you already paid, nothing is lost and you should not pay again - sign in with the checkout email instead.

Answer

It means the order page cannot see your order from this browser. If you already paid, nothing is lost and you should not pay again. Sign in with the same email address you entered at checkout and the purchase appears in My Reports automatically; otherwise open the page in the browser you used to pay. Paying a second time never repairs access.

  • A missing order on this page is an access problem, not a lost payment.
  • Signing in with the checkout email reconnects the purchase automatically.
  • Never pay twice to try to recover a report.

Why the success page can go blind

The success page is reached from the payment provider's redirect and then asks our order interface for your order. It only draws this card after several attempts return nothing, so a slow webhook is already ruled out. The order can be invisible for a small number of reasons: the checkout browser session is gone because you are on another device or browser, an in-app browser dropped the private access cookie during the redirect, or you are signed into an account whose email differs from the one typed at payment.

In every one of those cases the payment, the order and the report are untouched on our side. What is missing is the proof that links this browser to that order.

What to do from this card

The card gives you the repairs in order: sign in with the checkout email, open My Reports, contact report support, or try again. Signing in is the durable fix, because a verified account whose email matches the purchase reads the order directly instead of relying on a cookie.

If the email you typed at checkout was wrong, or the sign-in address genuinely differs, contact support with your order ID and the last six characters of the VIN. Do not start a new checkout to work around it.

Steps

  1. Try again once, in case the page was mid-retry.
  2. Sign in with the exact address you typed at checkout.
  3. Open My Reports to confirm the purchase is attached.
  4. Contact support with the order ID rather than paying again.

What this does not cover

  • The page does not display which email was used at checkout.
  • Linking an order to a verified account revokes every browser link to it, so once an account owns it the secure order link in the paying browser stops working too: the way back is signing in to the account holding the checkout email, or contacting support if that mailbox is not yours.
  • The sign-in and My Reports buttons only appear when account features are enabled on the site.

Quick answers

Frequently asked questions

Was my payment lost?

No. This card is about visibility from this browser, not about the payment. It appears only after repeated checks return nothing, and it says plainly that you should not pay again.

Why did it work on my phone but not my laptop?

The private access cookie lives in the browser that paid. Another browser has to prove identity by signing in with the checkout email.

What if I checked out with a typo in my email?

Contact support with the order ID and the last six characters of the VIN. The order cannot attach to an account whose address does not match the payer email on the payment.
